    Since I was born, I've struggled with severe anxiety, and when I hit high school, I began to battle depression.


    While I still struggle with both on somewhat of a day-to-day, I've learned techniques and tricks on how to deal with them so they don't overrule my life.

    Burnout is something that has wrecked havoc on me throughout my teen and early adult life, specifically in school and work.

    I didn't know it had a term before I was diagnosed with Autism in 2020 at 24-years-old. Now that I know, I've learned how to manage it so that it doesn't get out of control.

  • PTSD

    After going through some rough events throughout my life, I struggle with PTSD.

    Thankfully, I've worked hard on not letting those experiences define me, nor take any more of my life from me.

    It's always a struggle, but I get to decide who is in charge of my life, and it's NOT my past traumas.

    I've accomplished everything I've ever put my mind to, despite my struggles and people in my life who doubted me.
